UD Naked 2 eye look & review w/ swatches.

I know there are a million and one blogposts about the Urban Decay Naked palettes. And I didn't intend on doing a review of it, but I made this eye look solely with this palette and I wanted to share it because I think it's simple and quite pretty. I thought that whilst I was at it I would give you my thoughts on the palette.

I did this using three of the eyeshadows: Bootycall, Verve and Pistol.

I firstly placed Bootycall right across the eye and blended it up above the crease, then, taking Verve I marked just above my crease and blended that in with the bootycall. Finally I traced my outer V with Pistol to give the look a little bit more definition.

I topped it off with some minimal winged liner and heaps of mascara. Ta-da!
Really quick and looks quite nice I think. The look definitely brings alot of light to the eyes creating the illusion of more space.

So the palette I used, as previously mentioned is the Urban Decay Naked 2. Theres no doubt this is a good palette, I prefer it to the Naked palette purely because the colours suit my skin tone better, I use both palettes on a regularly, almost daily basis.

High quality products for a relatively low price considering there are 12 beautifully pigmented colours!

Top row L to R: Foxy, Half Baked, Bootycall, Chopper, Tease, Snakebite.
Bottom row L to R: Suspect, Pistol, Verve, YDK, Busted, Blackout.

I hate the packaging on this palette however. It seems tacky to me, I much prefer the Naked palette's look, it was more luxurious and unique - which I think is more fitting to the brand image!
