LOOK | Faded.

Fresh.

Instagram is basically the source of all my looks which are off the beaten track. I saw a look similar to this and then obviously tried in the next day. A faded winged liner looks really pretty I think, it makes the eyes look wider and elongated my lashes but stangely looks like you're not wearing anything when the eyes are open. For this I used a light warm brown for my Tarte Bon Voyage palette through the crease, drew a wing in a chocolate shadow using an angled brush and blended out before repeating the process. Because I wanted the bottom of the wing to be crisp I took a little bit of MAC Prolongwear Concealer underneath to clean up the line. As always, lashings of L'Oreal Telescopic really pulled it all together.

Really simple and effective, I think it perfectly complimented my clean skin. For my base I used a damp Beauty Blender sponge to push my L'Oreal True Match Foundation into my skin before covering my under eye circles and imperfections with the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer. Definitely my go to base combination at the moment. I didn't set my base on this day, I just added a little Nars Douceur blush to the high points of my cheeks and used some Illamasqua Cream Blush in Lies as a highlighter on my cheekbones, inner corners, cupids bow and the bridge of my nose.

Perfect for spring when paired with a nude lip, I used the Rimmel Apocolips in Luna. I think this eye look would really suit a purple lip... maybe next time! What do you think of this look?
