AUTUMNAL | ...Blush.

I am not a huge fan of blush, I probably own about four or five in total (Probably more than necessary but when you consider I have around six foundations on the go, it's not a lot!) I do however, enjoy a good deep contouring blush during the colder months and I have found two firm favourites that I wanted to share with you guys! Unfortunately I wouldn't say either of these are cheap, but they are lovely and worth the money you pay for them in my opinion. First up is the Dainty Doll Blusher in 003 Money Talks - a shimmering lavender, berry crossover colour. I bought this ages ago and when I received this in the mail my old house-mate (A lad's lad who doesn't know a thing about makeup, btw.) instantly said "That's a bit dark for you." and I sort of thought the same thing but after using it I realised it's one of those shades which can be used on all skin tones pretty much. More than that, it's probably one of my most used blushes just because it provides a good contour and well as some colour. The other shade I have to share with you and I mean have to is NARS Douceur. It's stunning, not too dissimilar to the other shade but definitely more neutral and can be thrown on with any look. It warms up the face, adds dimension to a look and the texture of the blush is stunning. So happy to have this in my collection and I wouldn't be surprised if it will be one of those products which gets repurchased over and over because it is that versatile and beautiful! I've linked where you can find these above (just under the picture) just incase you want to get your shop on!

Hope you enjoyed this post, catch you soon!

  3. Ah, as a huge blush fiend, I often ignore the more muted shades, but these are both lovely! The Dainty Doll shade looks especially unique- must check it out :)
