LOOK | Red Alert.

Please excuse the state of my brows, they are in desperate need of a wax.

I'd like to welcome you to my new NARS purchases! The other day I was scrolling facebook as you do and I saw a post from Wayne Goss saying he had a £10 discount code for SpaceNK, nice one Wayne! (I'm not sure if it's still working but it's WAYNELOVES and it activates once you spend £40.) I've had the NARS Satin Lip Pencil in Luxembourg in my sights for a while, as well as the NARS Blush in Douceur. I'm so happy with them I decided to show you how I immediately put them on my face - I was a little excited! 

I always wear a full coverage base with bold reds so I switched up my normal foundation for a combo of the Laura Mercier Silk Creme in Soft Ivory and Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in Light. I set everything with Soap and Glory One Heck of A Blot and a few spritz' of Urban Decay De-Slick. I then took the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour kit, I used Fawn to contour and Sand to highlight. The star of the base has to be NARS Douceur. It's a stunning mauve blush, unlike anything I own and I can already tell I'll be getting a lot of use out of it! 

For my eyes I followed this Shaanxo tutorial pretty much down to the t, except I skipped gel eyeliner and instead just tightlined using Laura Mercier Longwear Creme Eye Pencil in Espresso and doused my lashes in YSL Babydoll Mascara. I love the end look! Aaaaaand, without further adieu, I used the beautiful NARS Luxembourg on my lips. I need a minute, this is a stunning pinky red with a comfortable finish and I'm pretty sure it's going to be a new favourite. I love the simplicity of this look and how eye catching it is, hope you like it too!
