TRAVEL | What's in my makeup bag?

This week I'm back to my parents for a couple of days before heading to York for a little trip with friends, and one thing that I've had a little trouble with is how to compress my make up routine down to a travel-acceptable size. I think I have done well, but still got to keep my routine pretty similar. So, I thought that I would share what I'm taking with me with you!

So, this is the bag that I'm taking, it's just an old Lancome makeup bag that I got with part of a holiday gift set. It's pretty small and great for travel! I managed to limit myself to 11 items, and brushes. Which is pretty good!

NARS Laguna, MAC Tenderling, MAC Quad w/ Arena, Malt, Patina, Handwitten.

Something that I am surprised to not have noticed before is that I have a perfect colour for my brows in my shadow collection - MAC Handwritten! Good time to realise it and now I can take my MAC Quad without having to bring my Illamasqua Brow Cake in Stark.

I managed to limit my brushes to 5 too, which makes life easier. I'm bringing my Sigma Liner Brush, Real Techniques Contour Brush and Kabuki, a Zoeva 227, my Illamasqua Angled Brow Brush and an angled blush brush from Sigma.

Not sure why the liner brush isn't here but yeah!

Hope you found this interesting! Oh and I also wanted to mention that I have Instagram now if any of you are interested in following me! My username is sjmcdf, same as my twitter. Have a great week!
