REVIEW | MAC Pleasure Seeker.

MAC Pleasure Seeker

I've had this in my collection since summer, I got it for my birthday. It came out with the Heavenly Creatures collection, and luckily at the time, I was going through a little bit of a MAC lipstick obsession. I bought this because I thought that it would be nice for the spring/summer season, plus I'd never really experimented with corals or orange tones, but honestly, this was a little bit of an impulse.

When I got home and tried it on, I wasn't too impressed, it's a Glaze finish and I'm not the biggest fan of that. I chucked this into my make up storage months back and it's only because I was looking for a nice pale colour to go with a dark smokey eye that I came across it again.

You can see the colour is just gorgeous, definitely a good one for people with a similar colouring to me.

I'm not too sure what has changed, I know that my hair is blonder, perhaps that's it, but I really like this now. It's subtle enough for me and I really love the way it looks with NARS Laguna and Urban Decay Tease. My one qualm is it is definitely not moisturising, which sucks. But, I can deal with that for the gorgeous look this provides.

Shopping the stash has been beneficial for me this time!

Hope you enjoyed this post, and as another plug, my giveaway is still running so if you're interested here is the link!

  5. Such a pretty colour! I'm wanting to get into coral/orange toned lipsticks, but I always just get a little nervous once I'm in the shop and buy another pink to go with all my other pinks!
