REVIEW | NYX Mars Lipstick

NYX Round Lipsticks, I'd heard so much about them. I decided to buy a couple of shades as you may have seen from my Haul post a few days back (here). I thought I'd write a quick review for you guys!

I have to admit that when I saw this shade online, in reviews and swatches it looked a lot lighter. To me, anyway. When it arrived I worried that it would look too brown against my pale skin but I actually really like it.

I would say that when it goes on, it plays the role of a your lips but better shade. Its a lovely pinky-brown and it goes on beautifully!

I didn't see much point in doing any other swatches because you can see it on the lips, in action shall we say! I'm really happy with it actually! The consistency is creamy and the formula is relatively long lasting. I may look into getting more of these lipsticks, for £3.50 they are a bargain! I have to be fair to NYX, they don't fail to impress. If they were a little more accessable, and not only online, I think they would take up a far bigger space in my make-up collection.
