Most Worn Lipsticks! w/ Swatches

Rather than do a favourites or my top 5 lip colours I decided to share the 5 lip colours that I get the most wear out of. There are many colours in my lip collection that I think are stunning, but they get neglected for whatever reason. Most of the time they are too bright for general wear. I feel like the colour I wear on my lips is a good reflection of my mood. When i'm feeling normal i'll wear a nude, when I feel confident I will reach for my pillar box red, and when I feel like switching things up I will break out my blue toned purples.

I'd love to hear what your favourite are, so comment below! I tend to get my ideas for lip colours primarily from blog posts or youtube videos, for example, I just recently bought MAC Impassioned after seeing how gorgeous it looked on ChelseaWears (http://www.youtube.com/user/ChelseaWears). 



So, without further adieu here are my most worn lippies! Please bare in mind, I was rushing to do this so the swatches are messy! But you get the jist!

Chanel Rouge Coco Shine in Evasion


I was completely sold on this shade after I saw one of Pixiwoo's tutorials, this one to be precise http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tzqwhs3qCWU. I mimic the look from that tutorial VERY often and I love the finish of this lipstick. You definitely don't need a gloss, because it leaves a very sleek looking lip. One downside to this is that it doesn't last long on the lips which means you have to reapply a lot. I love it nonetheless!

Perfect red for my skin tone, just gorgeous.

Boots 17 Supreme Shine Lipstick in Pink Posey


It took me so long to find a dark blue toned purple that looked good on my skintone and i'm so glad that I found this. Its a gorgeous finish, very glossy but still lasts incredibly well on the lips!

NARS Funny Face


Funny face is probably my favourite lip colour, its quite dark on my complextion and I always feel "done up" when wearing this. I think the NARS brand is one that no matter what excels in making you feel luxurious. Just love this lipstick!

    I love my Chanel Rouge Coco Shine in Boy and I have been wanting to get another one! Evasion looks absolutely lovely and so pretty :)

    I've never been much of a lipstick person until this year and I fell in love with them!! These are gorgeous, my favorite is my MAC pink lipstick xx
