The January Edit

Some of you may know that I used to write a series called The Weekly Edit where I went over my week. My life isn't interesting enough for such frequent updates but I do like to keep this blog personal as well as beauty related so I've decided to do it monthly instead!

My month didn't start off with a bang but with a storm. The storm front that hit Britain hit my university town pretty badly and as a consequence I had to stay home for a week longer. My exams were deferred which meant movie day's a plenty but it wasn't all wasted, I really got onto applying for graduate jobs and even got a few call backs pretty much straight away...High spirits all around! I found a new favourite nude lip combination in Tom Ford's Nude Vanille lipstick and Revlon Bellini Lip gloss (And then managed to snap my Tom Ford lipstick after a night out :| ). The rest of my month has been dedicated to preparing for the term ahead, it's going to be a killer, the things you have to do! Still not certain what to do with myself after university, but there's a few months before I really have to consider it.

I wrote a few posts on here this month, really have gotten back into blogging. Hopefully I can keep it consistent with my heavy Uni workload! My shopping ban went okay until 20% off ASOS came around and I bought a nail polish from Nails Inc... I only made it to about 22/24 days but didn't spend after that so one day's blunder isn't all too bad, is it?
